3. Mistakes After Printing
In the event that an error is found after the printing process has begun, we cannot offer a refund or reprint. Any corrections or changes to the design must be made before you confirm the order.

If your printed flyers arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 24hour of receipt. We will investigate the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund. However, this only applies if the damage or defect occurred during the printing or shipping process, not due to design-related errors.
5. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order at any time before your design is submitted for printing. Once the printing process has started, cancellations will not be possible.
